At Zia Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade tiles, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all qualifying orders. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and custom orders or samples are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the tiles in their original crates or boxes with adequate padding to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.
Ship the Product
Arrange for return shipping using a carrier of your choice; we strongly recommend purchasing insurance as we cannot credit tiles damaged in return transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in sellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the restocking fee.
