How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 15% overage to account for cuts, breakage, and future repairs. Our customer service team is available to help with specific calculations if needed.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For handmade or custom orders, lead times can range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedules.
Do you offer samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Because our tiles are handmade, natural variations in color and texture occur. Samples allow you to see the true character of the material in your specific lighting.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and sample sets are non-refundable.
Can your tile be used in high-moisture areas like showers?
Most of our Zellige and Cement tiles are suitable for wet applications. However, specific sealing and installation methods are required to ensure longevity. Please consult our installation guides for product-specific instructions.
How do I care for and maintain my tile?
For daily cleaning, use a pH-neutral cleaner and soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or acidic cleaners, especially on natural stone and cement products, as they can damage the surface or strip the sealant.
